His experience includes working with athletes who compete in Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacross, Soccer, and Wrestling. These student athletes hail from The KinKaid School, St. Francis Episcopal School, Episcopal High School, St. Johns School, University of Colorado, Texas A&M, University of Texas, Wake Forest, and Rice University. For the last three years Erik has been working with various Post Little League Baseball teams helping to improve the player’s power, first step explosiveness off the base and power development for swinging. His belief is that developing a solid base in the early onset of training is essential for superior development. Solid foundations include body awareness/ balance, core strength and force production from the ground up. Sports training is not simply training to get stronger and faster; it is training to reduce the chances of getting injured. The concept of deceleration is as important as acceleration. By training to accelerate and decelerate through multiple directions and planes you can condition the body to perform at a superior level.
